When I decided to place my home on the market I wasn’t sure if I should fix it up or sell as is. Katie helped me work through the options including costs and time required to do repairs as opposed to leaving things as is. We decided to go with the latter. You might think that in the current hot real estate market selling a home is easy but when you get 18 offers within days of listing your property, most over asking price, it can be a little daunting! Katie presented me with a detailed spreadsheet of all the offers along with the conditions of each, making my decision a lot easier. With her guidance we evaluated the best of the offers and quickly moved toward closing. Throughout the process Katie was always available to answer questions and quick to follow up on any issues that arose. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
